Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit, or an exchange (APPLIES TO MANUFACTURED WIGS ONLY). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All authorized  returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.Upon submitting payment you agree and understand there is a no refund policy. You agree not to file any payment disputes with any payment processor and understand that if you do so no refund will be issued.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at kslavishcollections@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address to ship product. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging (along with accessories or gifts) failure to return all contents in your page will void your return.

 

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

If your item is damaged or defective products. You must send a photo explaining how the item is defective. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. If we find that the issue with our product is no fault of your own. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the defective product. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. Processing times for refunds may vary based on your bank.
